Cornbread Pic By Pic!

So here's a step by step instructional for cornbread!!!

Gather up the ingredients. I forgott to put in the sugar thing here, but it would be there. :)

My dry ingredients. Didn't get a picture of the wet mixed into the dry

And the finished product! I think this batch turned out very nice and I was happy with the colour.

1 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
1 1/2 T. brown sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. energ egg replacer
1 c. milk
1 t. oil
2 T. water
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Mix the cornmeal, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, egg replacer. Make sure they're well mixed. then add in the milk (or water + milk powder), oil and other water. Pour into a greased cake tin, or 8x8 pan and bake for 30 minutes, until the top is nice and golden brown or just golden, depending on how you like your corn bread. We ate this with some chili, and we like to eat it with soup, or in the mornings with milk and maple syrup on it. Enjoy!
