crepes!

crepes!
Vegan style!




Done!!! 

Vegan Crepes
1/2 c. soymilk
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. applesauce
1 T. sugar
1 T. maple syrup
1 c. flour
mix all the ingredients together and let it sit over night. Take about 3 Tablespoons of batter at a time and pour it into your greased/sprayed frying pan on medium. Roll it around to the desired size. When teh edges turn slightly brown, it's time to flip it. Eat with fruit or nut butters inside. Makes about 16 crepes
