Grandma's Oatmeal Cookies


These are my Grandmother's healthified oatmeal cookies. 

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. baking soda
2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. water
2 fake eggs
2 c. oats

Sift the dry all together except for the oats and then add in the wet. Beat. Stir in the oats. You can add more oats. The original recipe called for three cups, but that was a little too much, but you can add in as much as you want. Roll out 1/4 inch thick on a floured counter and cut out. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
