1/3 Cup Almond Milk
Ground Cinnamon
Few Slices of your favorite Bread
1 T. brown sugar or maple syrup
Mix in a blender the banana, almond milk, cinnamon and maple syrup. Get a pan hot and cook in a lightly sprayed skillet until golden brown. Flip and do the other side.
Eat with: fresh fruit, nut butters, jams, applesauce, etc,
